1. Free Trial and Membership Charges

Montlaire Circle begins with a 21-day free trial.

You will not be charged the $29.99 USD membership fee when you join.

Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, the payment method provided when you join will be charged $29.99 USD when the 21-day free trial ends.

After your first membership charge, your Montlaire Circle membership will automatically renew at $29.99 USD every 28 days until canceled.

By joining Montlaire Circle, you agree to this recurring billing arrangement and authorize Flare LLC, doing business as Montlaire, to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

We will send an electronic reminder 5 to 7 days before each upcoming membership charge and an electronic receipt following each successful membership payment.

2. Your Montlaire Circle Benefits

While your Montlaire Circle membership is active, you may receive access to benefits including:

• 30% off selected Montlaire products
• Access to VIP-only products
• Early access to selected new drops and releases
• Priority order processing and shipping
• Shipping protection on eligible Circle orders
• Priority customer support
• Lowest available member pricing on eligible Circle products
• Surprise member rewards, offers and other member-only benefits

Available benefits may change from time to time as Montlaire Circle evolves.

Certain benefits may apply only to selected or eligible products, orders or releases.

Membership benefits are available only while your membership remains active.

3. Recurring Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your 21-day free trial, your payment method will first be charged $29.99 USD when the free trial ends.

After that first membership charge, your Montlaire Circle membership will automatically renew every 28 days.

By joining, you authorize Flare LLC, doing business as Montlaire, to charge the payment method you provided $29.99 USD every 28 days until your membership is canceled.

You do not need to manually renew your membership each billing period.

4. Upcoming Payment Notices and Receipts

We will send a notification to the email address associated with your membership 5 to 7 days before each upcoming membership charge.

After each successful membership payment, you will also receive an electronic receipt.

Please make sure the email address connected to your membership remains current and can receive messages from Montlaire.

5. Canceling Your Membership

You can cancel your Montlaire Circle membership at any time, including during your 21-day free trial.

You can submit a cancellation request through our Cancel Membership page, manage your membership through your customer account where available, or contact us directly at support@montlaire.com.

If contacting us by email, please use “Cancel Membership” as the subject and include the email address associated with your membership so we can locate your account.

You do not need to call us to cancel.

If you cancel before your 21-day free trial ends, you will not be charged the $29.99 USD membership fee.

If you do not want an upcoming paid membership renewal to be processed, please submit your cancellation request before your next scheduled billing date.

6. After You Cancel

Once your cancellation has been processed, your membership will no longer renew and no additional recurring membership charges will be made.

If you cancel during your 21-day free trial before the first membership charge, your membership will end without a $29.99 USD membership fee being charged.

If you cancel after a paid membership charge, you may continue to have access to Montlaire Circle benefits through the remainder of the paid membership period.

Once your access period ends, member pricing, VIP-only products, offers and other Montlaire Circle benefits may no longer be available to you.

7. Membership Refund Requests

You may request a refund for a paid Montlaire Circle membership charge within 14 days of the applicable billing date.

To submit a refund request, email support@montlaire.com within the 14-day period and provide your name, the email address associated with your membership and your order or transaction information, if available.

Refund requests are reviewed individually in accordance with this Subscription Policy and any applicable legal requirements.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method.

8. Changes to Montlaire Club

From time to time, we may make changes to the Montlaire Club membership, including its benefits, pricing or other membership terms.

If we make a material change to the recurring membership price or other key membership terms, active members will be notified before the change takes effect where required by applicable law.

If you do not wish to continue your membership under the updated terms, you may cancel your membership before the relevant change takes effect.
